We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, with estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, with estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

4.4 Customs and Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible:

• Items must be in original, unused, and unworn condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings (due to personal hygiene concerns)
• Hair Accessories (if original packaging is opened or used)
• Pajama Sets, Pajama Bottoms, and Pajama Tops (if hygiene seal is broken)
• Any item marked as “Final Sale” or found in our “Drops” section

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from our error.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
