Please Note: The delivery times mentioned are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your happiness is our priority. If your purchase isn’t perfect, we’re here to help. Our return and exchange policy is valid for 15 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (due to personal hygiene concerns).
  • Hair Accessories (if the original packaging is opened or used).
  • Pajama Sets, Pajama Bottoms, and Pajama Tops (if the hygiene seal is broken).
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” or found in our “Drops” section.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Get Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to ship your package. Do not ship your return without this number.
  3. Pack Securely: Place the items securely in a box, include the original packing slip, and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship It Back: Send your package to our returns center at:

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., we sent the wrong or a defective item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • We accept refunds for Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For exchanges: We will ship the new item once we receive the returned product. If the new item is of higher value, we will charge the difference; if it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference.

International Returns
