Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (due to personal hygiene concerns)
- Hair Accessories (if opened or used)
- Pajama Sets, Pajama Bottoms, and Pajama Tops (if the hygiene seal is broken)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Drops”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Package the items securely, including the original packing slip with the RA number clearly written on it.

Important Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive the returned product. If the exchanged item is of higher value, we will charge the difference; if it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference.
International Returns
For our international customers outside the United States:
- All customs duties and taxes for returned items are the responsibility of the customer
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- International refunds may take additional time to process based on your financial institution
