Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (due to personal hygiene concerns)
  • Hair Accessories (if opened or used)
  • Pajama Sets, Pajama Bottoms, and Pajama Tops (if the hygiene seal is broken)
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Drops”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  4. Package the items securely, including the original packing slip with the RA number clearly written on it.
  5. Ship the package to our returns center at:

Important Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return & Exchange Request Template

Use the following template when emailing us about your return or exchange:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive the returned product. If the exchanged item is of higher value, we will charge the difference; if it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference.

International Returns

For our international customers outside the United States:

  • All customs duties and taxes for returned items are the responsibility of the customer
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • International refunds may take additional time to process based on your financial institution
